Lyn and Rohan….What a great combination! More than a few existing challenges faced them when they took on the sale of our apartment. We were also interstate sellers with a crucial timeframe. Lyn and Rohan were not fazed by any of those challenges. Lyn reassured us that she’d take the stress out of the process for us and she absolutely followed through. The marketing package included a great walkthrough video. Lyn kept us in the loop at all times and was very responsive even through Covid times and while she was away on holidays! We really appreciated her support, competence,dedication and enthusiasm. Rohan worked diligently with patience and perseverance and keep us informed by emailing weekly reports detailing all activity relating to our apartment. Rohan is an excellent negotiator and achieved an higher than expected result for us at a time of real uncertainty in the real estate market and all within our timeframe. We truly appreciated Lyn and Rohan’s high level of commitment and willingness to go the extra mile. They are a very complimentary team.Their combined effort made our journey a really positive and stress free one. I recently purchased an apartment from Rohan and Lyn and just wanted to say how refreshing it was to deal with honest, professional agents like Lyn and Rohan. They both went way beyond what they had to for me by doing many extra things to make purchasing a really enjoyable experience. Even recommending me to a painter that had my apartment painted within days of settling in. Thank you both, you truly set a benchmark for other agents on professionalism in this market. I have recently sold my city apartment with Lyn & Rohan at Amazing Apartments and I am happy to say that the entire experience was wonderful. I just knew RE/MAX Central Residential was the right fit for us from the very first phone call! We have engaged the wonderful team here as property managers for our first investment property after interviewing many different real estates around Brisbane City. This seems to be such a cut throat industry where all the property managers are like vultures to get their hands on your property! NOT HERE!!! - We have been totally blown away by the absolute kindness and professionalism shown to us in what has been a very daunting process buying our apartment from a different agent. Erin, you are nothing short of amazing and I am so grateful for ALLLLL of your help. Nothing seemed too much. All phone calls & emails (there were many!) have been promptly returned and a solution for the many problems I encountered has been reached each and every time! I have no hesitation in recommending this fabulous team for all your property needs! They are certainly going to be our go-to real estate from here on in! Lyn and Rohan sold our house in Ferny Hills and got us $100k more than I ever dreamed we could get, with a 14 day unconditional contract. WOW. Anyone feeling unsure about using Lyn and Rohan for a suburban sale because they're based in the city should consider that the problem with a lot of local agents is they're selling houses like packets of biscuits. Packet of Tim Tams - $4.50 every time. Three bed, one bath in Ferny Hills - same cost every time. They just pump out the sales and don't look for anything higher because in their minds it's like the houses are fixed prices. Lyn and Rohan don't have that mentality, they go in fresh, start from scratch and work to maximise the value of every single property they sell, nothing is 'off the shelf' with them. I cannot recommend them highly enough!
